Purpose and Scope
The purpose of this document is
to provide detailed instructions to help grantees
complete and submit their Baseline Scope Verification
electronically to BPHC through HRSA EHBs. The document
is intended to be the comprehensive source of all
information related to the new electronic processes
that BPHC and its Health Center program grantees
have to adopt and will be updated periodically.
This document is not meant
to replace the forthcoming Policy Information Notice
(PIN) document on scope of project; grantees are
directed to follow that PIN for all programmatic
questions.
